01

the wordmark

it is the url. there is no mark.

write it angaramoksh.com, one word, lowercase, with the dot. not angara moksh, not a monogram, not a badge, not a geometric a. the handwriting is the identity.

two surfaces, one yellow. chalk is the default. paper is the lights-on version. the highlighter never changes, and the text sitting on it is always #111.

chalk (default, dark board)

paper (lights on)

the brown only shows up on paper, for small asides. do not promote it to a second brand color. yellow is the only accent that travels.

one writes. one talks.

for premiere and existing projects: install all three shantell files, then reopen the app. the exact names are ShantellSansLight-Regular, ShantellSansLight-SemiBold, and ShantellSansLight-Bold.

fallback if a machine has nothing: comic sans for the hand, the system ui sans for the body. that is intentional. a slightly wrong handwriting is closer to this brand than a clean geometric sans.

the pairing, in practice

what matters is implementation.

the market has all the knowledge. the useful part is what happens when you put it to work. make a thing, see where it falls short, and try again.

04

do / don't

short on purpose.

do

make a thing.lowercase, handwritten, ink on yellow.
  • keep everything lowercase, including titles
  • use yellow as a highlighter, not as a fill
  • let things sit a little crooked. ±1 degree is correct
  • use real photos. messy is fine. stock is not
  • when unsure, open angaramoksh.com and steal from there

don't

MAKE A THING.all caps and a generic headline lose the voice.
  • title case, all caps, a polished wordmark
  • white or chalk-colored text on the yellow
  • inter as a headline, or a third font
  • equal rounded corners, glass, gradients, startup purple
  • invent a logo, icon, or mascot

using the brand

from the page to the edit.

keep the same voice in a post, a frame, or a film. these are the details that make it feel like the same person.

voice
first person, receipts, self-deprecating. specific numbers. no corporate adjectives. no em dashes. he undercuts himself after a strong line. that is the tone, not a costume of typos.
bio line
building two companies at 20, one of them with agents instead of employees
ventures
temporary perspective (b2b video, mumbai) and keep pivoting (ai discoverability). this kit is for angara moksh, not a rebrand of those two.
motion
slow, hand-timed, a little clumsy. if it snaps like an app intro, it is wrong.
corners
nothing has four equal radii. the site uses lumpy eight-value radii so rectangles read as drawn. steal that if you are making a frame. if you are cutting video, just do not put him in a perfect rounded card.
photography
his face, his people, his rooms. warm, a bit blown, not color-graded into a commercial. captions stay lowercase and human.
social
existing handles stay as they are (x is @MokshAngara). on-image type still goes lowercase. 16:9 for video, 1:1 for a still, 4:5 if it has to live on instagram.

a 16:9 layout example. start with a 10% inset for titles and captions. keep subtitles to two short lines, clear of faces and important details.

remember three things: lowercase. ink on yellow. angaramoksh.com in shantell.
