1GRP is a social media agency and they were the first people to pay me for real estate work. I came in as a freelancer in february 2025.

Darshanperson · read the story had taught me got monetised here. That is the honest description of it. I did not learn much new on these shoots, I just finally got paid properly for something I had been handed for free.
Nisarg was the poc who brought me in and we are still in close touch. Him and Adi are two of the friendliest agency owners in my contact book, and I say that having met a lot of agency owners since. They help wherever they can and they are relentlessly cheerful about it, which in this industry is rarer than talent.
We shot Lokhandwala Minerva and Salsette 27 in byculla. I handled full production and post on both. Minerva is eighty two storeys and is currently the tallest completed building in India, which I did not fully register at the time because I was mostly worried about the light.
That money is what got me stable enough to stop taking every job that came in.
