Speed of iterations matters more

dictated, unscripted. lightly cleaned up.

Being fast is not about producing more motion. It is about reaching reality sooner.

Make the smallest version. Show it to someone. Watch where it breaks. Change it. Repeat.

A slow team can spend three months protecting an assumption. A fast team can kill the same assumption by friday and use monday for something better.

Direction still matters. Speed in a completely random direction is a very efficient way to get lost. But when the direction is uncertain, iteration is how you discover it.

Speed means you can afford to be wrong more often because you do not remain wrong for long.
