Bureau

They hired us for one banking breakfast. Still a client.

Bureau builds fraud prevention infrastructure for fintech companies. Rahi is their content head.

Rahi, content head at Bureau
Rahi.

They did not hire us for anything big. They hired us for one small event, a banking breakfast for something they run called the Bureau fraud forum. Rahi's advice to anyone considering working with us is still exactly that. Start with something small, see how it goes, then decide.

MediaThe Bureau fraud forum. Event coverage, the room, the interviews.

We produce across all their formats now. The forum, their podcast series, their testimonial films.

The thing Rahi said that stuck with me is that the goal was never to reduce their workload. It was for the output to be excellent, and for that to be worth it to both sides. So they push, and they ask for things that make the project harder, and they know we will not sulk about it.

The other thing she said is that we understood the subject. Fraud prevention, B2B, people who work in tech. You cannot cut an hour of that down to something watchable if you do not know which sentence was the important one. That is not a production skill, that is homework.

They are still a client.

The case study
