My nightmare is becoming all talk and no show

dictated, unscripted. lightly cleaned up.

I am a very talkative guy. I go outside and bark my face off to everyone.

My fear is becoming the founder who has brilliant conversations, diagnoses every problem, and builds absolutely nothing.

So I split the day. During the day, I speak, listen, record with consent, and collect context. At night, I try to build the things we discussed.

Not every conversation deserves implementation. But every week should contain evidence that talking changed something real: a page, a workflow, a decision, a message, or a product.

Philosophy is cheap when nothing moves after it. The night shift is how I make sure I am not only performing intelligence in cafés.
