A lot of people listen to my advice and probably think I keep changing sides.
One month I say one thing. The next month I say something else.
If you took my advice seriously the first time, and now I am saying the opposite thing with the same confidence, you should question me. But ask me one thing before deciding I am full of shit.
What new information came to light?

Then Temporary PerspectiveTemporary Perspectiveventure · opens in a new tab moved towards B2B, saas, fintech, and companies that cared more about quality than getting the cheapest possible video. The reason for men in threads stopped existing, so I shut it down.
New facts
The plan did not change because I woke up with a different personality. New information arrived and the older answer stopped making sense.
Imagine a bucket already full of water. To put new water inside, some old water has to leave. Otherwise everything new spills over the side.
Believe something enough to act on it. If reality gives you a better fact, do not fight reality to protect the thing you said last month.
So if my advice changes, ask me what happened.
Maybe I learned something. Maybe I was wrong. Both are possible.
