You can be doing incredibly well in six parts of life and still feel miserable because the seventh is sitting near zero.
I think about career and purpose, finance, romantic relationships, friends and family, health and fitness, spirituality and inner peace, and personal growth.
The score is satisfaction, not existence. You can have ₹100 in the bank, a full stomach, and no desire to buy anything. Maybe finance feels like an eight. You can have a million dollars and want a private jet. Maybe it feels like a two.
The same is true of dating. You do not need a relationship to score the area highly. You need to be honest about whether the area feels resolved for you.
When one score collapses, it leaks into everything. Bad health makes success hard to enjoy. Financial panic can make love feel like pressure. Loneliness can make work feel pointless.
Do not optimize the life other people can see. Check the score only you can feel.
